How do I buy an image? Option 1 (Digital Download)
First you click on the image you are interested in buying, below the previewed image in the 'Digital Items' section, there is an 'Add To Cart' button, click that and a new screen will open with your selected image, check the details are correct and click on the 'PayPal' button. Once you have filled in your payment details the next screen will confirm your order and then you click go back to photos of Liverpool and your image will be ready to download in a few seconds. Option 2 (Print Order)
First you click on the image you are interested in buying, below the
previewed image is a 'Prints and Products' section, click the arrow pointing down and list of all the print sizes and prices will appear select the size you want and click the 'Add Selected To Cart' button, click that and a new screen will open with your selected image, check the details are correct and click on the 'PayPal' button.Once you have filled in your payment and your postal details the next screen will confirm your order. You then click go back to photos of Liverpool, and your print should take around 7 days to arrive.
How do I Subscribe?
Click on the 'Subscribe' tab at the top, a screen with boxes will appear fill in your details, where it says Billing cycle tick what tariff you are interested in enter the code you see in the box then Click 'Signup', a new 'PayPal' window will open fill on your payment details, once you have done that click go back to photos of liverpool then you an click on the images you want and instead of the 'Add to Cart' button it will now be a 'Download' button. click on that and you will have your images in a few seconds.
What can I do if I don't like giving my bank details over the web? Feel free to call New Reality Media Production on 0845 519 0336 with your bank details and we will process your order over the phone.
What format are the photos in?
All Photosofliverpool.com photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We tend to add more photos every 3 weeks. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. we will also send emails explaining each update.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Photosofliverpool.com and it's owner New Reality Media Production. In the future we may consider this.
Can you provide photographers for a bespoke photo shoot? if you are looking for photography Liverpool , photography Manchester , photography Cheshire, photography Chester, photography north west, photography Lancashire or photography Birmingham?
Contact the expert photographers of New Reality Media Production.Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Photosofliverpool.com photos that I download?
Yes. While Photosofliverpool.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Photosofliverpool.com using your details, send a support request. or if you would like to call New Reality Media Production who run Photosofliverpool.com feel free to call 0845 519 0336.
